Description:
Front Desk Agent’s responsibilities include making reservations, checking in/out guests, answering phones, customer service, and more.

Requirements:

  • Some experience preferred
  • Must have strong hospitality and customer service skills
  • Must have strong verbal communication skills
  • Must be organized
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be able to manage time
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet
